本科生数字素养与创业胜任力的关系:创业学习的中介作用和领悟社会支持的调节作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨本科生数字素养与创业胜任力的关系,并探究创业学习和领悟社会支持在其中的作用。方法:采用大学生数字素养量表、创业胜任力量表、创业学习量表、领悟社会支持量表对华东地区509名本科生进行问卷调查。结果:数字素养正向预测创业学习(β=0.61,t=14.19,P<0.001),创业学习正向预测创业胜任力(β=0.49,t=10.25,P<0.001),数字素养正向预测创业胜任力(β=0.30,t=6.29,P<0.001)。创业学习是数字素养与创业胜任力关系间的中介变量(β=0.30,SE=0.05,95%CI=[0.21,0.40]),中介效果量为0.50。领悟社会支持调节了创业学习与大学生创业胜任力之间的关系(β=0.10,t=4.68,P<0.001)。结论:本科生数字素养通过创业学习对创业胜任力产生影响,且领悟社会支持在其中发挥调节作用。Objective:To explore the relationship between digital literacy and entrepreneurial competency among undergraduate students,and to investigate the role of entrepreneurial learning and perceived social support in it.Methods:A total of 509 undergraduate students in East China were surveyed with the Digital Literacy Scale,the Entrepreneurial Competence Scale,the Entrepreneurial Learning Scale,and the Perceived Social Support Scale.Results:Digital literacy could positively predict entrepreneurial learning(β=0.61,t=14.19,P<0.001),entrepreneurial learning could positively predict entrepreneurial competence(β=0.49,t=10.25,P<0.001),and digital literacy could positively predict entrepreneurial competence(β=0.30,t=6.29,P<0.001).Entrepreneurial learning was a mediating variable between the relationship of digital literacy and entrepreneurial competency(β=0.30,SE=0.05,95%CI=[0.21,0.40]).The mediating effect size was 0.50.Perceived social support moderated the relationship between entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial competency among undergraduate students(β=0.10,t=4.68,P<0.001).Conclusion:Digital literacy of undergraduate students has an impact on entrepreneurial competency through entrepreneurial learning,and perceived social support plays a moderating role in it.
