摘　　要：[目的/意义]随着Web 2.0网络背景下科学交流模式变化以及“破五唯”评价的提出,学术论文影响力的评价体系面临新的挑战。[方法/过程]以科学交流为视角,对学术论文影响力的形成机理进行分析,划分出原生影响力、Web 1.0影响力以及Web 2.0影响力3个维度。以国内数据为基础构建多维度评价指标体系,利用CRITIC赋权法以及TOPSIS评价法建立综合评价模型。[结果/结论]该评价模型具备创新性与可行性:以科学交流为全新视角,使得评价工作贯穿学术论文影响力产生的全过程,保证了评价的全面性,有利于综合评价体系的丰富创新;3个维度影响力之间都在不同程度上促进综合影响力,其中Web 1.0影响力作用最强,Web 2.0影响力作用最弱;不同学科论文影响力具有差异性,被引适用性以及来源期刊质量是差异的主要影响因素。[Purpose/significance]With the change of scientific communication mode under the background of Web 2.0 network and the proposal of“breaking the five only”evaluation,the evaluation system of academic paper influence is facing rich innovation.[Method/process]From the perspective of scientific communication,this paper analyzes the formation mechanism of academic paper influence,and divides three dimensions:native influence,Web 1.0 influence and Web 2.0 influence.Based on domestic data,a multi-dimensional evaluation index system is constructed,and a comprehensive evaluation model is established by using the CRITIC empowerment method and the TOPSIS evaluation method.[Result/conclusion]The evaluation model is innovative and feasible.Taking scientific communication as a new perspective,the evaluation work runs through the whole process of the influence of academic papers,ensuring the comprehensiveness of evaluation and conducive to the rich innovation of the comprehensive evaluation system.The three dimensions of influence promote comprehensive influence to varying degrees,among which Web 1.0 influence is the strongest,and Web 2.0 influence is relatively weakest.The influence of papers in different disciplines is different,and the applicability of citations and the quality of source journals are the main influencing factors of differences.
