复杂性系统视角下“语义信息偶遇”影响因素的实证研究

摘　　要：[目的/意义]复杂性视角下语义信息偶遇影响因素的实证研究有利于揭示信息偶遇的本质和机理,为用户提供认知关联的个性化信息服务。[方法/过程]采用访谈、问卷统计分析影响信息偶遇的主要因素,根据样本数据所提取的主要影响因素提出相应的研究假设,利用结构方程建立面向语义关联的信息偶遇模型。[结果/结论]得到了面向语义关联的信息偶遇影响因素结构方程模型。在所得到的相关要素之间关系结果的基础上从复杂性系统的角度对信息偶遇的“涌现”等现象做了整体性认识。[Purpose/significance]The empirical analysis of the impact factors concerning Semantic Information Encountering from the perspective of complex system benefits disclosing the essence and reason of IE,providing users with tailored cognition associated information services.[Method/process]Getting the variables by using the interviewing method,obtaining the impact factors by using questionnaire based on both qualitative and quantitative studies,putting up relevant hypothesis,tested and modified by SEM based on the sample data.[Result/conclusion]Confirmed the SEM oriented to semantic IE,finding the positive relationships among the different variables such as subjective,objective,apparatus,environmental,informational,cognitive factors.Finally,the paper integrates the thinking from the perspective of complex system such as“emergent phenomena”on the basis of results.
