摘　　要：地方志是中国独有的地情文化宝藏,在建设文化强国和实现中华民族伟大复兴的时代背景下,千百年来积累的海量旧志资源的学术价值及应用价值日益凸显。中华人民共和国成立以来,全国旧志整理各项工作硕果累累,旧志的开发与利用呈现出全方位、立体化的特征。但旧志工作仍存在诸多问题,碎片化、部门化、业余化特征日渐突出,其根源在于旧志工作体制不健全、机制不完善。通过建立党委领导、政府组织、专门机构实施、专家全面参与的旧志整理开发利用工作新机制,可以推动旧志工作科学高效有序开展,为建设文化强国和中华优秀文化传承发展提供有力支撑。Local chronicles are the unique treasure of local conditions in China.In order to build a strong Chinese culture and realize the national rejuvenation of China,the value of academy and application of the vast amount of old local chronicles accumulated over thousands of years is increasingly prominent.Since 1949,the collation of the local chronicles throughout China has been fruitful.The research and utilization of the local chronicles are comprehensive and multi-dimensional.However,there are still many problems regarding the research in the local chronicles,such as,fragmentation,departmentalization and amateurization.The reason is that the mechanism of the work related to the local chronicles is not complete.A new mechanism for the collation,research and utilization of the local chronicles should be established,which is led by the committee of the Communist Party of China,implemented by government organizations,concerned agencies,and fully participated by experts.As a result,the work related to the local chronicles can be promoted in a scientific,efficient and orderly way.Strong support is also provided for the construction of a strong Chinese culture and the inheritance and development of excellent traditional Chinese culture.
