摘 要:针对多轴光纤陀螺工作时Y波导间电磁场变化影响零偏稳定性的问题,分析了Y波导间电磁场变化对陀螺零偏稳定性的影响机理并提出了抑制方法。根据多轴光纤陀螺Y波导间的电磁耦合机理,建立了电磁干扰模型,推导出了Y波导两端电压与连接电极的引线长度和轴间距离之间关系表达式。通过优化波导工艺参数、缩短Y波导电极引线长度将Y波导间电磁干扰引起的陀螺零偏稳定性误差降低到0.01°/h内,并进行了仿真和实验验证,实验结果表明Y波导引线方法改进后陀螺零偏稳定性由平均0.038°/h减小到0.0056°/h。实验证明所提方法能有效抑制多轴光纤陀螺Y波导间电磁干扰引起的陀螺零偏稳定性超差问题。Aiming at the problem of electromagnetic interference affecting bias stability between Y-junctions during the operation of multi-axis fiber optic gyroscope(FOG),the mechanism of the influence of electromagnetic is analyzed and the suppression method is proposed.According to the electromagnetic coupling mechanism between Y-junctions of multi-axis FOG,the electromagnetic interference model is established,and the expression of the relationship between the lead length of the connecting electrode,the inter-axis distance of multi-axis FOG and the voltage of the Y-junction is derived.By optimizing the technological parameters of the Y-junction and shortening the lead length of the Y-junction electrodes,the error of gyro zero bias stability caused by electromagnetic interference of Y-junction is reduced to less than 0.01/h°.The simulation and experimental verification are carried out.The results show that the average bias stability is promoted from 0.038/h°to 0.0056/h°,which proves that the proposed method can effectively suppress the out-of-tolerance of bias stability of multi-axis FOG caused by electromagnetic interference between Y-junction.
