摘　　要：通过古籍文献调研、中药现代研究进展及其研究成果的梳理,结合中医临床及中药学等学科领域内专家学者的认识及应用经验,经讨论认为:甘草功效主要为补脾益气,清热解毒,祛痰止咳,缓急止痛,调和诸药。症靶为咳嗽,咽喉肿痛,脘腹四肢挛痛。标靶为口腔及会阴黏膜溃疡、心律失常。现代药理发现,甘草及其有效成分具有抗炎、心脑血管系统保护、抗病毒、配伍解毒、神经保护、抗肿瘤等作用。本品无毒,但不宜与海藻、京大戟、红大戟、甘遂、芫花同用。湿盛胀满、水肿者不宜用。临床使用剂量为3~60 g,勿大剂量久服,内服时当根据不同疾病,或同一疾病的不同阶段进行辨证使用,并积极探索甘草用量与症靶、标靶的量效关系构建。Based on the investigation of ancient books,research progress and achievements of modern traditional Chinese medicine,and the knowledge and application experience of experts and scholars in the field of clinical Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese pharmacology,the following opinions on Radix Glycyrrhizae are formed through discussion:The main effect of Radix Glycyrrhizae is to invigorate spleen and replenish qi,clear heat and remove toxicity,dispell phlegm and relive cough,alleviate spasmodic pain,and harmonize the property of herbs.The symptom targets of Radix Glycyrrhizae are cough,inflamed and sore throat,epigastric pain and limbs spasm.The biochemical indicator targets of Radix Glycyrrhizae are oral and perineal mucosa ulcers,and arrhythmia.Modern pharmacology finds that Radix Glycyrrhizae and its effective ingredients have the roles of antiinflammatory,cardio-cerebral vascular system protection,antiviral,compatibility and detoxication,neuroprotection,anti-tumor and so on.The Chinese herbal medicine is non-toxic,but should not be used with seaweed,Euphorbia pekinensis Rupr,Knoxia root,Euphorbia kansui,and Daphne genkwa.Patients with abdominal flatulence and edema should not be used.The clinical dosage is 3-60 g.When taken orally,it should be used dialectically according to different diseases,or different stages of the same disease.We should also actively explore and construct the dose-effect relationship between the dosage of Radix Glycyrrhizae and the symptom targets or biochemical indicator targets.
