僵蚕量效研究和治疫探讨

摘　　要：通过梳理古籍及医家经验,总结僵蚕的常用功效为息风止痉,化痰散结,常用于治疗各种风痰阻滞之顽症,如惊厥抽搐、积聚肿痛、喉痹咽痛、偏正头痛、痈疮疔肿、中风偏瘫等。此外,僵蚕还有防治疫病的特殊功用,主要与僵蚕疏风散邪,升清降浊之性有关,其治疫的核心是与蝉蜕配伍,发挥散疫毒,解郁热,升清降浊的作用。临床中僵蚕多生用或炒制用,其用量为5~30 g。By reviewing ancient books and medical experience,it is summarized that the common effects of sti􀀀silkworms include relieving spasm by calming endogenous wind,dissipating phlegm and resolving masses.And sti􀀀silkworms can treat various chronic stubborn diseases caused by wind-phlegm stasis,such as convulsions,abdominal mass and swelling and pain,pharyngitis and pharyngalgia,migraine,carbuncle and blotch and boil and swelling,stroke and hemiplegia and so on.In addition,stiff silkworms also have special functions in preventing and treating epidemic diseases,which is mainly related to their characteristics to dispelling wind pathogens,and ascending lucidity and descending turbidity.The core of the treatment of epidemic diseases is compatibility of cicada slough to play the role of dissolving epidemic toxins,dispersing stagnant heat,and ascending lucidity and descending turbidity.In clinical practice,raw and fried stiff silkworms are often taken by patients,and the dosage range is 5-30 g.
