明代地方官刻医籍考略  

A brief study on publication of medical books by local officials in Ming Dynasty

摘　　要：明代刻书业兴盛,而对地方官刻医籍研究较少,通过搜寻《中国中医古籍总目》《明代版刻综录》《全明分省分县刻书考》《中国善本书提要》等目录书,并对明代地方政府所刊刻医籍的类别列表分析,得出明代地方官刻医籍具有分科精细、种类齐全,以方书数量为多的特点。其本草书的刊刻尤重《重修政和经史证类备用本草》与《本草纲目》。比较地方官府刊刻医籍的时间可知,明代地方官刻医籍集中于万历嘉靖两朝,具有随手工业的发展而逐渐兴盛的特点。明代地方官刻医籍不仅具有较高的版本学价值,还为探究明代各地医学发展的情况提供独特视角。The book carving industry was prosperous in Ming Dynasty,but there were few studies on the carving of medical books by local officials.By searching for catalogue books such as the"General Contents of Ancient Books of Chinese Medicine in China","Aggregation of the Carvings of Ming Dynasty","The Engraving of Books by Provinces and Counties Divisions in Ming Dynasty",and"An Anthology of Well-compiled Books in China",and analyzing the category list of medical books published by local governments in Ming Dynasty,it is concluded that medical books engraved by local officials in Ming Dynasty were characterized by precise division of subjects,complete types,and a large number of prescription books.The publication of its herbal books was particularly important,such as the"Chongxiu Zhenghe Jingshi Zhenglei Beiyong Bencao"and the"Compendium of Materia Medica".Comparing the time when local officials printed medical books,it could be seen that during Ming Dynasty,the engraving of the medical books by local officials were concentrated during the reign of the two emperors of Wanli and Jiajing,with the characteristic of gradually thriving with the development of handicraft industry.The engraved medical books of local officials in Ming Dynasty not only have high editorial value,but also provide certain reference value for exploring the development of medicine in various regions of Ming Dynasty.
