摘　　要：髋关节置换术后假体周围感染对患者来说可能需要二次手术,这无疑是灾难性的打击,同时,对医护人员来说也是非常棘手的术后并发症。预防假体周围感染既要明确相关危险因素,又要把围手术期护理管理做到细致入微,为此通过对髋关节置换术后假体周围感染,国内外相关文献进行检索并汇总新的认知,为临床提供更加全面的参考依据和有效的护理指导。The infection around the prosthesis after hip arthroplasty may require the second operation for patients,which is a very difficult postoperative complication for doctors and nurses.For the prevention of periprosthetic infections,it is necessary to clarify the relevant risk factors and ensure meticulous perioperative nursing management.This article searches for relevant literature at home and abroad on periprosthetic infections after hip arthroplasty,and summarizes new insights,to provide more comprehensive reference and effective nursing guidance for clinical practice.
