驾照式记分管理在医院医师管理中的应用成效

摘　　要：目的:分析驾照式记分管理在医院医师管理中的应用成效。方法:分析比较某地级市三甲综合医院对医师进行驾照式记分管理前(2021年4~11月)与管理后(2022年4~11月),在门诊管理、药品管理、病案管理、医患沟通和投诉管理、医疗质量安全核心制度执行情况等方面的医师不良执业行为人次数、考核记分数据及相关质控指标,评价管理效果。结果:实施驾照式记分管理后,与记分考核方面相关的医师执业行为明显改善,被记分医师人次数、被记分总值呈下降趋势;与管理前相比,与记分考核直接相关的院内质控指标整体明显改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);院外评比质量指标中,与记分考核间接相关的指标明显改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:驾照式记分管理在医院医师管理中成效显著,能有效减少医师不良执业行为,提高医院医疗质量和安全以及医疗效率。Objective:To analyze the application effect of driving license scoring management in hospital physician management.Methods:Collect the number of doctors’bad practice,assessment score data and relevant quality control indicators in outpatient management,drug management,medical record management,doctor-patient communication and complaint management,implementation of the core system of medical quality and safety before the driving license scoring management(April to November 2021)and after the management(April to November 2022)that are in a certain grade A tertiarygeneral hospital of a prefecture-level city,and to evaluate the management effect.Results:After the implementation of the driving license scoring management,the bad practice behavior of doctors related to the scoring assessment was significantly improved,and the number of doctors scored and the total score showed a downward trend.Compared with before management,the internal quality control indicators directly related to the scoring assessment were significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),Among the quality indicators of out-of-hospital evaluation,the indicators indirectly related to the scoring assessment were significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The driving license scoring management has achieved remarkable results in the management of doctors in hospitals,which can effectively regulate the bad practice of doctors,and improve the medical quality,safety and efficiency of hospitals.
