摘　　要：目的:了解社区老年人健康行为、需求与社区中医药资源状况,推动中医药适宜技术社区利用。方法:2022年4月-9月在广州市番禺区、天河区、海珠区、黄埔区随机各选取2个社区的共319名老年人进行问卷调查。结果:71.54%的老年人对于养生运动健康指导有需求、87.69%的老年人缺少专业人员指导、80%的老年人认为社区中医药项目不丰富、69.24%的老年人对社区中医药服务不满意。结论:广州市老年人健康行为养成水平较低;社区老年人体育锻炼有待加强;老年人对中医药技术需求高,但社区供给不足、服务满意度低;社区所提供的健康设施匮乏,缺乏相应的健康宣教和专业指导。Objective:To understand the health behavior,needs,and resources of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)among the elderly in the community,and promote the utilization of appropriate TCM technologies in the community.Methods:From April to September 2022,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 319 elderly people randomly selected from 2 communities in Panyu District,Tianhe District,Haizhu District,and Huangpu District of Guangzhou City.Results:71.54%of the elderly have a need for health guidance on health maintenance and sports,87.69%of the elderly lack professional guidance,80%of the elderly believe that community TCM programs are not rich,and 69.24%of the elderly are not satisfied with community TCM services.Conclusion:The health behavior of the elderly in Guangzhou is relatively low.Physical exercise for the elderly in the community needs to be strengthened.The elderly have a high demand for traditional Chinese medicine technology,but their community supply is insufficient and their service satisfaction is low.The health facilities provided by the community are lacking,and corresponding health education and professional guidance are lacking.
