小儿尿布性皮炎预防的研究进展

摘　　要：尿布性皮炎是婴幼儿时期最常见的皮肤病,发病率较高。该病主要发生于婴幼儿的肛周、会阴部、臀部及腹股沟皱褶处等,属于接触性皮炎,局部皮肤可见皮疹、破损、糜烂等,皮肤完整性受损,易继发感染。尿布性皮炎患儿因疼痛易哭闹不安、喂养困难,延长住院时长。尿布性皮炎重在早发现、早干预。本文通过查阅相关护理文献,阐述尿布性皮炎的发生因素及防治措施等,为降低婴幼儿尿布性皮炎的发生率提供参考。Diaper dermatitis is the most common skin disease in infants with high incidence.This disease mainly occurs in the perianal,perineum,hip and inguinal folds of infants.It belongs to contact dermatitis,with skin rashes,damage,erosion and other local skin lesions.Skin integrity is damaged due to diaper dermatitis and secondary infection is easy to occur.Children with diaper dermatitis are prone to crying and feeding difficulties due to pain which also prolongs hospital stay.Early detection and intervention are important in diaper dermatitis.In this paper,the occurrence factors and prevention measures of diaper dermatitis are expounded by referring to related nursing literature,so as to provide reference for reducing the incidence of infant diaper dermatitis.
