摘　　要：目的了解烟台市已婚妇女健康状况,为已婚妇女健康管理提供科学依据。方法选取2022年1月至12月在烟台市烟台山医院进行健康体检的1085例妇女。均行妇科检查和乳腺检查,分析检查结果。结果1085例妇女中,妇女常见病总检出率为50.32%,其中乳腺结节、慢性宫颈炎、子宫肌瘤、外阴阴道炎检出率较高。结论妇女常见病患病率较高,且与年龄、职业有关,应根据自身特点进行个性化健康管理,定期体检,做到早发现、早诊断、早治疗。Objective To understand the health status of married women in Yantai City,and to provide scientific basis for health management of married women.Methods A total of 1085 women who underwent physical examination in Yantaishan Hospital of Yantai City from January to December 2022 were selected.All women underwent gynecological examination and breast examination,and the results were analyz ed.Results Among 1085 women,the total detection rate of common female diseases was 50.32%,and the detection rates of breast nodule,chronic cervicitis,uterus myoma and vulvovaginitis were higher.Conclusion The prevalence of common disease in women is high,and is related to age and occupation.Personalized health management should be carried out according to their own characteristics and regular physical examination should be performed,so as to achieve earl y detection,early diagnosis and early treatment.
