宫糜散联合中药阴道冲洗治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨宫糜散联合中药阴道冲洗治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床效果。方法选取2022年1月至7月在广西中医药大学第一附属医院妇科门诊就诊的79例慢性宫颈炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机抽签法分为对照组和实验组。对照组(40例)实施宫糜散治疗,实验组(39例)在对照组的基础上采用中药阴道冲洗治疗,比较两组临床效果及复发率。结果实验组总有效率(92.31%)高于对照组(72.50%),复发率(2.56%)低于对照组(17.50%)(P<0.05)。结论慢性宫颈炎给予宫糜散联合中药阴道冲洗治疗,可有效提升治疗有效率,且复发率低,临床值得推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Gongmi Powder combined with traditional Chinese medicine vaginal irrigation in the treatment of chronic cervicitis.Methods A total of 79 patients with chronic cervicitis admitted to the Gynecology Clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to July 2022 were selected as research objects and divi ded into control group and experimental group by random drawing method.The control group(40 cases)was treated with Gongmi Powder,and the experimental group(39 cases)was treated with traditional Chinese medicine vaginal irrigation on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group(92.31%)was higher than that of the control group(72.50%),and the recurrence rate(2.56%)was lower than that of the control group(17.50%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Gongmi Powder combined with traditional Chinese medicine vaginal irrigation can effectively improve the treatment efficiency in the treatment of chronic cervicitis,and the recurrence rate is low,so it is worthy of clinical application.
