摘 要:目的观察听觉统合训练联合团体社交游戏在低语言功能的孤独症儿童康复中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年6月淄博市淄川区妇幼保健计划生育服务中心收治的40例低语言功能孤独症患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(20例)、对照组(20例)。对照组给予语言训练,观察组在对照组基础上给予听觉统合训练联合团体社交游戏,干预12周。对比两组患儿语言功能、孤独症行为量表(ABC)、社交评分。结果干预后,观察组的语言理解、语言表达、沟通能力、社交评分相比对照组均升高(P<0.05),ABC评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论听觉统合训练联合团体社交游戏有利于改善低语言功能孤独症患儿的语言、社交能力。Objective To observe the application effect of auditory integrated training combined with group social games in the rehabilitation of autistic children with low language function.Methods A total of 40 children with autism and low language function admitted to Zichuan District Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center of Zibo City from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into observation group(20 cases)and control group(20 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was given language training,and the observation group was given auditory integrated training combined with group social games on the basis of the control group,intervention for 12 weeks.Language function,autism behavior checklist(ABC)and social scores were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the language comprehension,language expression,communication ability and social scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the ABC score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Auditory integrated training combined with group social games can improve the language and social ability of autistic children with low language function.
