摘　　要：目的探讨锁骨上小切迹穿刺定位在新生儿麻醉中的应用效果。方法选择青海红十字医院麻醉科2022年1月至12月的80例新生儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为研究组与对照组,各40例。对照组采用中、高前路定位穿刺,研究组采用锁骨上小切迹穿刺定位,对比两组一次性穿刺成功率、穿刺过程中并发症发生率、穿刺时间。结果研究组一次性穿刺成功率、穿刺过程中并发症总发生率、穿刺时间优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论新生儿麻醉中采用锁骨上小切迹穿刺定位方法可实现精准定位,值得在临床中推广。Objective To investigate the application effect of supraclavicular minor notch puncture localization in neonatal anesthesia.Methods A total of 80 newborns in the Department of Anesthesiology of Qinghai Red Cross Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.Random number table method was used to divide them into study group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group adopted middle and high anterior approach positioning puncture,and the study group adopted supraclavicular minor notch puncture localization.The one-time success rate of puncture,complication rate during puncture,and puncture time between the two groups were compared.Results The one-time success rate of puncture,total incidence rate of complications during puncture,and puncture time in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The method of supraclavicular minor notch puncture can achieve accurate localization in neonatal anesthesia,and it is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
