小儿热咳口服液在小儿支气管炎中的治疗效果及安全性

摘　　要：目的探讨小儿热咳口服液在小儿支气管炎中的治疗效果及安全性。方法选择2019年12月至2022年12月苏州市立医院儿科收治的支气管炎患儿106例为研究对象,依据随机抽签法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组各53例。对照组予以常规抗感染药物治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上予以小儿热咳口服液治疗。比较两组治疗效果、血气分析指标、肺功能。结果研究组治疗总有效率(94.34%)高于对照组(81.13%)(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组血氧饱和度、动脉血氧分压高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组动脉血二氧化碳分压低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组用力肺活量、呼气流量峰值、第1秒用力呼气容积均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小儿热咳口服液在小儿支气管炎中的治疗效果显著,可改善患儿肺功能及血气分析指标,利于病症好转,值得推广。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect and safety of Xiao’er Reke Oral Liquid in children with bronchitis.Methods A total of 106 children with bronchitis in Suzhou Municipal Hospital from December 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group based on the method of drawing lots,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional anti-infective drugs,while the study group was treated with Xiao’er Reke Oral Liquid on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects,blood gas analysis indicators,and pulmonary function were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 94.34%,which was higher than 81.13%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the saturation of blood oxygen and arterial partial pressure of oxygen levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the forced vital capacity,peak expiratory flow,and forced expiratory volume in one second levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Xiao’er Reke Oral Liquid on pediatric bronchitis is significant,improving pulmonary function and blood gas analysis indicators.The medication is beneficial for disease improvement,and is worth promoting.
