摘　　要：目的探讨责任助产与整体护理模式在无痛分娩产妇中的应用效果。方法选取2021年11月至2022年11月聊城市第二人民医院收治的98例无痛分娩产妇作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各49例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上予以责任助产与整体护理。比较两组产程、疼痛情况、不良母婴结局及护理质量评分。结果观察组各产程均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组视觉模拟评分法评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良母婴结局总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论责任助产与整体护理模式在无痛分娩产妇中的应用效果较好,可缩短产程,显著减少产妇疼痛及不良母婴结局的发生,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the application effect of responsible midwifery and holistic nursing model in parturients with painless labor.Methods From November 2021 to November 2022,98 parturients with painless labor admitted to Liaocheng Second People’s Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given responsible midwifery and holistic nursing on the basis of the control group.Labor,pain,adverse maternal and infant outcomes and nursing quality score were compared between the two groups.Results All labor stages in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of responsible midwifery and holistic nursing model in painless labor is better,which can shorten labor,significantly reduce pain and the occurrence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes,and is worthy of clinical application.
