摘　　要：目的评价体位垫在小儿骨科护理中的应用效果。方法选取2019年8月至2021年2月山东省第二人民医院收治的68例骨科患儿作为研究对象,根据不同护理方法将其分为对照组(34例)与观察组(34例),对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组在对照组基础上联合给予体位垫。比较两组的皮肤受压情况、术后疼痛、家属满意度。结果与对照组比较,观察组患儿皮肤受压总发生率较低(P<0.05)。观察组疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组家属对护理安全、服务态度、护理操作、语言沟通满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论体位垫在小儿骨科护理中的应用效果显著,可减少患儿皮肤受压情况,并提高家属对护理工作的满意度。Objective To evaluate the application effect of body position pad in pediatric orthopedic nursing.Methods A total of 68 orthopedic children were selected as the study subjects admitted to Shandong Second Provincial General Hospital from August 2019 to February 2021.They were divided into control group(34 cases)and observation group(34 cases)according to different care methods.The control group used routine nursing method,and the observation group used body position pad on the basis of the control group.The skin compression,postoperative pain,and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the children in the observation group had lower total incidence of skin compression(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the pain score of children in the observation group was lower(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the family members of the obs ervation group were more satisfied with nursing safety,service attitude,nursing operation,and verbal communication(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of body position pad in pediatric orthopedic nursing is effective in reducing skin compression in children and increasi ng family satisfaction with nursing.
