摘  要:目的 测试海水缓冲液对Ag/Al_(2)O_(3)抗菌材料消毒性能的影响,评估Ag/Al_(2)O_(3)材料应用于海上高盐环境表面消毒的可行性。方法 以海水缓冲液为模拟高盐测试条件、PBS缓冲液为实验对照条件,采用悬液定量实验测试Ag/Al_(2)O_(3)材料杀菌效率和杀菌性能的稳定性、重复性。采用扫描电镜分析形貌结构,采用衍射分析仪检测晶形。结果 以PBS为缓冲液测试,Ag/Al_(2)O_(3)材料1.5 h对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌杀菌效率达到99.98%~99.99%;以海水为缓冲液测试,Ag/Al_(2)O_(3)材料1.5 h对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌杀菌效率达到99.98%~100%;2组杀菌效果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Ag/Al_(2)O_(3)抗菌微球形貌结构稳定,可用于海上高盐环境舰艇表面微生物控制。Objective To test the effects of seawater buffer solution on the disinfection of Ag/Al_(2)O_(3) antibacterial material and evaluate the feasibility of Ag/Al_(2)O_(3) applied to surface disinfection at marine high salt environment.Methods Seawater buffer solution was used as the simulated spray tests and PBS buffer solution was used as normal experimental control conditions,and suspension quantitative sterilization experiment was performed to test the bactericidal efficiency,stability and repeatability of Ag/Al_(2)O_(3) antibacterial material.The morphology and structure of Ag/Al_(2)O_(3) antibacterial material were characterized by scanning electron microscope.The crystal shape of Ag/Al_(2)O_(3) antibacterial material was detected by diffraction analyzer.Results The bactericidal efficiency of Ag/Al_(2)O_(3) antibacterial material against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli in 1.5 h was as high as 99.98%‑99.99%in PBS buffer solutions,while the bactericidal efficiency of Ag/Al_(2)O_(3) antibacterial material against the same bacteria as above in 1.5 h reached 99.98%‑100%in seawater buffer solution.There was no statistical significance in antibacterial efficacy when comparisons were made between the 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Ag/Al_(2)O_(3) has the features of antibacterial micro sphere structural stability,which could be used for cabin microbial control in marine high salt conditions.
