摘  要:石墨烯薄膜具有导热各向异性,该性质可带来层间隔热效应,并有助于热防护服外层沿平面方向的散热。在传统消防服用织物系统中复合石墨烯薄膜,测量外层织物的基本性能,采集热暴露过程中织物系统各层的温度,进而评估织物系统热防护性能及外层的热老化情况。结果表明:石墨烯薄膜能够减缓外层织物的热老化;当热流密度为30 kW/m^(2)时,织物系统外层的质量损失率从2.10%降至0.81%,拉伸强力保持率从74.71%增至97.48%;热暴露过程中传感器温升值的最大降幅可达46.3%。石墨烯薄膜能够在一定程度上改变织物系统内部热传递的速率和路径,加快平面内的热扩散、阻碍热量向皮肤方向传递,从而提升热防护性能。Graphene film has thermal conductivity anisotropy,providing a layer-spacing thermal effect and contributing to the heat dissipation of the outer layer of thermal protective clothing.Graphene film was laminated to a conventional fire-fighting fabric system.The basic properties of the outer fabric of the fabric system were measured,and the temperature of each layer of the fabric was collected during heat exposure.The overall thermal protection performance of the fabric system and the thermal aging of the outer layer were evaluated.The results show that graphene film can slow down the thermal aging of the outer layer of fabric system;the mass loss rate is reduced from 2.10%to 0.81%,and the tensile strength retention rate increases from 74.71%to 97.48%,when heat flow density is 30 kW/m^(2).The maximum reduction in sensor temperature rise during heat exposure is up to 46.3%.Graphene film can change the rate and path of heat transfer in the fabric system to a certain extent,aggravate the heat diffusion in the plane,and hinder the heat transfer to the skin,so as to improve its thermal protection performance.
