摘  要:选取5种不同面密度的保温及吸油用聚丙烯熔喷非织造布,对其物理性能、力学性能、透气透湿性能、拒水性能及吸油性能等进行测试,分析面密度、厚度及孔隙率对聚丙烯熔喷非织造布性能的影响。结果表明:厚度、面密度及纤维在材料中的分布状态决定着聚丙烯熔喷非织造布的力学性能、耐磨性能及硬挺性能。孔隙率是影响聚丙烯熔喷非织造布透气透湿性能、保温性能及吸油性能的主要因素。Five kinds of polypropylene melt-blown nonwovens for heat preservation and oil absorption with different surface densities were selected to test their physical properties,mechanical properties,air permeability and moisture permeability,water repellent properties and oil absorption properties,etc.The effects of surface density,thickness and porosity on the performances of the polypropylene melt-blown nonwovens were analyzed.The results show that the mechanical properties,wear resistance and stiffness of polypropylene melt-blown nonwovens are determined by the thickness,surface density and fiber distribution in the material.The porosity is the main factor affecting the permeability and moisture permeability,heat preservation and oil absorption properties of polypropylene melt-blown nonwovens.
