摘 要:分析了三维间隔织物的性能和结构特点,设计了纱线连接的间隔织物具体的建模思路和方法,并运用软件建立了其三维几何模型。分别建立下表面经纱、上表面经纱、间隔丝结构和纬纱结构的几何模型,再将其合并成完整的织物模型。模型设计与建模过程考虑了纱线的弯曲和交织关系等因素。模型具有纱线连接的三维间隔织物的结构特征,与真实织物相比具有很高的还原度。在该模型中改变部分参数可用于构建新的结构。模型可用于该类织物力学、热学及电磁等性能的仿真,还可用于优化三维间隔织物的结构。The performance and structural characteristics of 3D spacer fabric were analyzed,the specific modeling ideas and methods of yarn connected spacer fabric were designed,and its 3D geometric model has been established.The geometric model of lower surface warp,upper surface warp,spacer filament structure and weft structure were established respectively,and then combined into a complete fabric model was obtained by the geometric models.The model design and modelling process took into account factors such as the bending and interweaving relationships of the yarns.The model has the structural characteristics of a 3D spaced fabric with yarn connections and has a high degree of reproduction in comparison with the real fabric.New structures can be represented by changing some of the parameters in the model.The model could be used to study and optimize the mechanical,thermal and electromagnetic properties of yarn connected spacer fabric.
