摘 要:为探究水刺非织造布中纤维状态和拉伸力学性能间的关系,提出一种利用表层纤维名义孔隙率直观表征纤维状态的方法,并研制了兼具布面图像采集与拉伸测试功能的一体化装置。以某水刺非织造布为例,沿其幅宽方向裁取不同位置处的试样,采集试样表层图像并进行图像处理,求取试样的名义孔隙率,同时测试其在伸长率为15%时的拉伸力学性能,得到该水刺非织造布幅宽方向不同位置处名义孔隙率与对应拉力间的关系。研究结果表明名义孔隙率与拉力呈近似线性的负相关关系。检测名义孔隙率可直观了解水刺非织造布的力学性能与纤维状态,从而为产品质量在线监控与品质评定提供支持。In order to explore the relationship between the fiber state and the tensile mechanical properties of spunlaced nonwovens,an approach for using the nominal porosity of surface fibers to characterize the fiber state was proposed by the machine vision.A test device for tensile mechanical properties of spunlaced nonwovens with an image acquisition system was also developed.In order to study and understand it easily,this paper used a spunlaced nonwoven as an example and selected the samples at different positions along the width direction.The surface images of the samples were collected,and the corresponding nominal porosity was obtained by using the image processing technology.The tensile mechanical properties at the elongation of 15%were carried out,and the relationship between the nominal porosity and tensile force at different positions along the width direction of the spunlaced nonwovens was obtained.The results show that the relationship between the value of the nominal porosity and the value of the tensile force is approximately linear and negatively correlated,and the smaller value of the nominal porosity corresponds to the larger value of the tensile force.Through the detection of the nominal porosity,the mechanical properties and fiber state of spunlaced nonwovens can be understood,which provides support for product quality monitoring and quality evaluation.
