摘　　要：文章对精细化工反应釜常用仪表的种类,以及仪表设计选型所采用的规范和原则进行了系统的介绍。针对不同仪表,从精细化工反应尤其是易燃易爆的精细化工反应入手,针对性地提出仪表设计选型的建议、方法及关键要素。仪表的正确设计与选型,有利于提高精细化工反应釜的自动化程度和安全稳定性,降低精细化工反应的生产成本,减少生产事故。This article systematically introduces the types of commonly used instruments in fine chemical reaction kettles,as well as the specifications and principles adopted in the design and selection of instruments.For different instruments,starting from fine chemical reactions,especially flammable and explosive fine chemical reactions,targeted suggestions,methods,and key elements for instrument design and selection are proposed.The correct design and selection of instruments is conducive to improving the automation and safety reliability of the fine chemical reaction kettle,reducing the production cost of the fine chemical reaction,and reducing safety production accidents.
