摘 要:为解决生物质气化中焦油产率过高,易造成设施堵塞和腐蚀的问题,在气化过程引入铁基催化剂以降低焦油产率。同时基于生物质气化中合成气组分变化及焦油裂解的作用分析了铁基催化剂的作用机理。结果表明:当加入铁基催化剂后,合成气中的氢气产率从20.32 mL/g(每克生物质)上升到114.72 mL/g;焦油中大分子多环芳烃被降解,铁催化了纤维素链端的降解反应,使纤维素分解成了糠醛、酮、呋喃等化合物。该研究证实了铁基催化剂的催化效果,揭示了催化机理,为铁基催化剂在气化中的应用提供理论依据。In order to address such a problem of high yield tar with blockage and corrosion of facilities,iron-based catalyst were introduced in gasification process.In the meantime,the action mechanism of iron-based catalyst was analyzed based on the change of syngas composition in biomass gasification and the role of tar cracking.The results indicated that the yield of hydrogen in syngas elevated from 20.32 mL/g(biomass)to 114.72 mL/g(biomass)after adding iron-based catalyst.The macromolecular polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in tar were degraded.Iron as a catalyst propel the degradation reaction of cellulose chain end,which dissolve cellulose into furfural,ketone,furan and other compounds.This study provided a theoretical basis for the application of iron-based catalyst in gasification by confirming the catalytic effect of iron-based catalyst and revealing its catalytic mechanism.
