新商科背景下课程实践教学体系改革研究——以生产运作管理课程为例

摘　　要：新商科背景下对物流管理专业的实践教学提出了更高要求,物流管理专业中的核心课程生产运作管理实践教学需要与时俱进,加快实践教学体系改革步伐。目前生产运作管理课程实践教学面临着顶层设计不够合理的现象,主要涉及学时和学分分配、实践内容、师资与设备配置、实践教学评价和课程思政缺位等问题。为解决实践教学面临的问题提出“三横一纵”实践教学改革思路,即课程思政贯穿实践教学始终,从创新、专业特色和多元协同三个维度出发构建实践教学体系,切实将生产运作管理实践教学落到实处。Under the background of new business science,higher requirements are put forward for the practical teaching of the logistics management major.The practical teaching of the core course production operation management in the logistics management major needs to keep pace with the times and speed up the reform of the practical teaching system.pace.At present,the practical teaching of production and operation management courses is facing the phenomenon of unreasonable top-level design,which mainly involves the allocation of hours and credits,practical content,teacher and equipment allocation,practical teaching evaluation and the lack of ideological and political courses.In order to solve the problems faced by practical teaching,the"three horizontal and one vertical"practical teaching reform ideas are proposed,that is,the ideological and political course runs through the practical teaching all the time,and the practical teaching system is constructed from the three dimensions of innovation,professional characteristics and multi-synergy,and the production and operation management is effectively integrated.Practical teaching falls to the point.
