赵建更主任医师基于肝脾同调理论应用柴平汤治疗慢性胆囊炎的经验

摘　　要：慢性胆囊炎是外科常见疾病,属中医“胆胀、胁痛、胆瘅”的范畴,病位在胆,与肝脾密切相关,赵建更主任医师基于肝脾同调理论,临床中选用柴平汤以治疗慢性胆囊炎。柴平汤能疏肝健脾,培土达木,使气机调畅,肝脾相和,临床中颇有疗效。笔者有幸跟随学习,获益匪浅,故通过此文探讨柴平汤“肝脾同调”理论治疗慢性胆囊炎的机制和应用,为临床治疗慢性胆囊炎提供一些思路。Chronic cholecystitis is a common surgical disease,and it belongs to the category of “gallbladder distention”,“hypochondriac pain” and “cholestropathy” in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Chronic cholecystitis disease position in the gallbladder,closely related to the liver and spleen.Based on the theory of liver and spleen homology,Chief Physician Zhao Jiangeng selected Chaiping decoction to treat chronic cholecystitis,In the clinical,Chaiping decoction can soothing the liver and strengthening spleen,make the qi movement being in harmonious way,and is effective.The author was fortunate to learn from it and benefited a lot.Therefore,this paper discusses the mechanism and application of Chaiping decoction “liver-spleen harmony” theory in the treatment of chronic cholecystitis,which provides some ideas for the clinical treatment of chronic cholecystitis.
