黄连膏加玉红生肌膏油纱条对肛周脓肿术后创面愈合临床研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨黄连膏加玉红生肌膏油纱条对肛周脓肿患者术后创面愈合的影响。方法 将78例肛周脓肿切开引流术患者随机分成凡士林组和研究组各39例,术后换药分别使用凡士林油纱条和黄连膏加玉红生肌膏油纱条。比较2组创面愈合情况和术后第7天创面肉芽组织成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)mRNA、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)mRNA表达,检测血清白介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平。结果 研究组术后7 d、14 d、21 d创面愈合率高于对照组,创面愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。术后7 d,研究组创面肉芽组织bFGF mRNA、VEGF mRNA表达高于对照组(P<0.05),血清IL-1β、TNF-α水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 黄连膏加玉红生肌膏油纱条促进肛周脓肿切开引流术后创面愈合效果显著。Objective To investigate the effect of Huanglian ointment and Yuhong Shengji ointment oil gauze on postoperative wound healing in patients with perianal abscess.Methods 78 patients with perianal abscess underwent incision and drainage were randomly divided into vaseline group and study group,with 39 cases in each group.Vaseline oil gauze and Huanglian ointment combined with Yuhong Shengji ointment oil gauze were used for dressing change after operation.The wound healing and the expression of fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) mRNA and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) mRNA in wound granulation tissue and serum interleukin-1 was detected β(IL-1β),Tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) level on the 7th day after operation were compared between the two groups.Results The wound healing rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group at 7,14 and 21 days after operation,and the wound healing time was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).7 days after operation,the expressions of bFGF mRNA and VEGF mRNA in wound granulation tissue in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and serum IL-1 β,TNF-α level was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huanglian ointment and Yuhong Shengji ointment oil gauze has a significant effect on promoting wound healing after incision and drainage of perianal abscess.
