耳穴贴压联合子午流注低频治疗脑卒中后失眠临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察耳穴贴压联合子午流注低频治疗脑卒中后失眠的疗效及对生活质量的影响。方法 回顾性研究脑卒中后伴失眠患者90例,对照组予以口服阿普唑仑,观察组予以耳穴贴压联合子午流注低频治疗,比较2组疗效。结果 治疗4周后,观察组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数PSQI评分、脑卒中生活质量SS-QOL评分改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05);2组运动功能Fugl-Meyer评分均较同组治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),但2组间评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组总体疗效相当(P>0.05),但对照组总体不良反应发生率明显高于观察组(P<0.01)。结论 耳穴贴压联合子午流注低频治疗卒中后失眠疗效与口服阿普唑仑相当,而且不良反应少,能更有效地改善睡眠,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the clinical effect of auricular points acupressure combined with low frequency midnight-noon ebb-flow acupoint selection on insomnia after stroke and its influence on quality of life.Methods A retrospective study was performed on 90 patients with insomnia after stroke,the control group was given oral alprazolam,while the observation group was received auricular points acupressure combined with low frequency midnight-noon ebb-flow acupoint selection.The curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index PSQI score and the SS-QOL score of stroke quality of life in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05),the scores of Fugl-Meyer in both groups were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The overall efficacy of the two groups was comparable(P<0.05),but the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly higher in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Auricular points acupressure combined with low frequency opening method of midnight-noon ebb-flow acupoint selecti-on could treat insomnia after stroke,and its curative effect is equivalent to oral alprazolam,with few adverse reactions,which can improve the sleep quality and life quality more effectively.
