针刺结合五行音乐调节癌症相关负性情绪临床研究

摘　　要：目的 观察针刺结合五行音乐治疗癌症相关负性情绪的临床疗效。方法 将64例在天津市河西区东海街社区卫生服务中心中医科门诊治疗的癌症相关负性情绪患者随机分为常规组和治疗组,各32例。常规组口服劳拉西泮片;治疗组同时结合针刺和五行音乐,连续观察2个疗程。采用中医证候积分表和焦虑抑郁测评量表(HADS)评估中医证候疗效和负性情绪。结果 2组中医证候疗效比较,治疗组总有效率优于常规组(P<0.05);负性情绪方面,治疗组治疗后评分较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),治疗组优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论 针刺结合五行音乐可以减轻癌症患者的负性情绪,改善其生活质量,是一种有效的辅助疗法。Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with five elements of music in the treatment of cancer-related negative emotions.Methods A total of 64 patients with cancer-related negative emotions treated in Donghai Street Community Health Service Center of Hexi District were randomly divided into a routine group and a treatment group,with 32 cases in each.The routine group was given lorazepam tablets 2 mg orally.The treatment group was given acupuncture and five elements music.Three courses were observed continuously.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome score scale and Anxiety and Depression Assessment Scale(HADS) were used to evaluate the efficacy of TCM syndromes and negative emotions.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).In terms of negative emotion,the score of the treatment group after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with five elements music can reduce the negative emotions of cancer patients and improve their quality of life.It is an effective adjuvant drug substitution therapy.
