涤痰汤结合西医综合疗法治疗支气管肺炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的 研究涤痰汤结合西医综合疗法治疗支气管肺炎的效果。方法 将江西省于都县中医院2020年3月—2022年2月收治的85例支气管肺炎患者按照随机数字表法分为2组。对照组42例采用西医综合疗法治疗,研究组43例采用涤痰汤结合西医综合疗法治疗。比较2组中医证候积分、临床疗效、症状与体征消失时间和住院时间、血清炎性因子[降钙素原(PCT)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、C反应蛋白(CRP)]水平。结果 研究组总有效率较对照组高,而各项症状与体征消失时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,2组各项中医证候积分及血清PCT、IL-8、CRP水平均下降,且研究组较低(P<0.05)。结论 涤痰汤结合西医综合疗法能有效缓解支气管肺炎患者临床症状,减轻炎症反应,缩短住院时间。Objective To study the effect of Ditan decoction combined with western medicine on bronchopneumonia.Methods 85 patients with bronchopneumonia treated in Yudu County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2020 to February 2022 were randomly divided into two groups.42 cases in the control group were treated with western medicine,and 43 cases in the study group were treated with Ditan decoction combined with western medicine.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome score,clinical effect,disappearance time of symptoms and signs,hospitalization time,serum inflammatory factors [procalcitonin(PCT),interleukin-8(IL-8),C-reactive protein(CRP)] were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the disappearance time of symptoms and signs and the hospital stay were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes and the levels of serum PCT,IL-8 and CRP in the two groups decreased,and those in the study group were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Ditan decoction combined with western medicine can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with bronchopneumonia,reduce inflammatory reaction and shorten the hospital stay.
