乳岩宁方联合阿胶颗粒治疗乳腺癌相关贫血临床初探

摘　　要：乳腺癌患者化疗后极易出现骨髓抑制,尤其是贫血。除输血外,现代医学纠正贫血较慢,影响化疗疗程进行,从而影响疗效。中医药在纠正化疗相关贫血方面有确切疗效。此文例举乳岩宁方联合阿胶颗粒治疗乳腺癌化疗相关贫血验案1则,通过分析化疗相关贫血的病因病机、从肝肾亏虚角度来论治以及联合治疗的方式为治疗肿瘤患者化疗后贫血提供临床新思路。Breast cancer patients after chemotherapy are more likely to have bone marrow depression,especially anemia.In addition to blood transfusion,the modern medicine corrects the anemia slowly,affects the chemotherapy process,and thus affects the curative effect.Traditional Chinese medicine has definite curative effect in correcting chemotherapy-related anemia.A case of chemotherapy-related anemia of breast cancer treated by Ruyanning formula combined with Ejiao granules was reported,by analyzing the etiology and pathogenesis of chemotherapy-related anemia,the treatment of deficiency of liver and kidney and the way of loading therapy,we can provide a new clinical idea for the treatment of chemotherapy-related anemia in cancer patients.
