于丽均教授运用疏肝兼理脾和胃法治疗乳癖的经验总结

摘　　要：于丽均主任在临证治疗乳癖的过程中,认为乳癖的形成多与女性冲任失调密切相关,发病程度每随月经周期的变化而有所不同,指出肝失疏泄,脾失健运,胃失和降,导致气机失畅,痰、气、瘀三者滞于乳络,此为乳癖发病的关键所在。故“疏肝”与“理脾和胃”尤为重要。临证重视冲任二脉与乳房生理病理之间的密切联系,加强对月经的周期性调理是治疗乳癖的重要环节。临证治疗以疏肝为主,兼调脾胃,注重与月经周期的变化相结合,使肝气得疏,痰湿得化,瘀血得散,冲任条达,进而乳房结块得消。治疗过程中其药物选择依辨证而用。结合医案分析,对于教授治疗乳癖的临证经验进行总结。In the process of clinical treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia,teacher Yu found that the formation of mammary gland hyperplasia is closely related to women's maladjustment.The severity of the disease varies with the menstrual cycle.The dredging of liver qi is abnormal,the metabolism of the spleen is abnormal and the ascending and descending function of the stomach is abnormal.The key to the disease lies in phlegm,qi and blood stasis stuck in the milkcollaterals.Therefore,“regulating the liver”and“regulating the spleen and stomach”are particularly important.Attention should be paid to the close relationship between Chong and Ren pulse and breast physiology and pathology.Strengthening the periodic adjustment of menstruation is an important link in the treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia.The clinical treatment is mainly to soothe the liver and adjust the spleen and stomach.Pay attention to combine with the change of menstrual cycle.Make liver gas is smooth,and phlegm is wet get change.Chong and Ren meridians harmony.Breast agglomerate elimination.In the course of treatment,the drug selection depends on dialectics.Combined with case analysis,this paper summarizes the teachers'clinical experience in the treatment of breast hyperplasia.
