摘　　要：目的 观察喉科擒拿术结合喉上神经封闭术治疗成人急性单纯性咽炎的疗效。方法 选取门诊18岁以上、符合急性单纯性咽炎、无伴发全身疾病的患者278例,随机分为2组。试验组应用喉科擒拿术结合喉上神经封闭术治疗。对照组采用金喉健喷雾剂喷喉治疗。采用VAS评分方法评价治疗后即刻至第5天疼痛及咽部异物感缓解情况。定期随访记录患者症状缓解时间。结果 采用χ^(2)检验进行统计分析,2种治疗方案在症状缓解和恢复时间方面有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论 喉科擒拿术结合喉上神经封闭术治疗成人急性单纯性咽炎与金喉健喷雾剂对照,缓解咽部疼痛、咽异物感症状、缩短病程疗效确切,是治疗急性单纯性咽炎的一种好方法。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laryngology Qinna method combined with superior laryngeal nerve closure in the treatment of acute simple pharyngitis in adults.Methods 278 acute simple laryngitis patients were randomly divided into two groups.All participates were over 18 years old.The treatment group were treated with laryngology Qinna method combined with superior laryngeal nerve closure.The control group was treated with Jinhoujian spray.The pain and foreign body sensation in pharynx were estimated by VAS scale immediately after treatment and re-estimated in 5 days.All patients were followed until they full recovered.The time to recover was recorded.Results χ^(2) test was used to make a statistical analysis,and there were significant differences in symptom relief and recovery time between the two treatments(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with Jinhoujian spray,laryngology Qinna method combined with superior laryngeal nerve closure in the treatment of acute simple pharyngitis in adults could relieve acute pain of pharynx,relieve the symptoms of foreign body sensation and shorten the course of disease.It is a recommended method for acute simple pharyngitis.
