扶正消萎汤治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨扶正消萎汤对脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)患者中医证候及胃黏膜修复情况的影响。方法 使用随机数字表法将莒县中医院2020年1月—2022年1月收治的99例脾胃虚弱型CAG患者分为观察组(50例)和对照组(49例),对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用扶正消萎汤,比较2组治疗效果,比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分、胃黏膜形态学指标及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组,治疗后观察组中医证候积分低于对照组,观察组异型增生、慢性炎症、腺体萎缩及肠上皮化生评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。组间不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 扶正消萎汤联合常规西药治疗CAG能进一步提高治疗效果,改善患者临床症状,促进患者胃黏膜修复,用药安全可靠。Objective To explore the effect of Fuzheng Xiaowei decoction on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndromes and gastric mucosal repair in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG) with deficiency of spleen and stomach type.Methods Using the random number table method,99 patients with CAG with deficiency of spleen and stomach type admitted to Juxian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January 2022 were divided into an observation group(50 cases) and a control group(49 cases).The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment.The observation group was given Fuzheng Xiaowei decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group.The scores of dysplasia,chronic inflammation,gland atrophy and intestinal metaplasia in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Fuzheng Xiaowei decoction combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of CAG can further improve the therapeutic effect,improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and promote the repair of gastric mucosa in patients,and the medication is safe and reliable.
