中医情志理论在艾滋病防治中的作用初探

摘　　要：艾滋病作为一种烈性传染病,目前尚未发现有效治愈方法。大量研究表明,情志因素与艾滋病的发生发展密切相关。心理治疗在艾滋病防治中的显著疗效也日渐凸显。笔者通过对中医情志理论的基本内涵、情志与艾滋病的关系以及情志理论在艾滋病防治中的作用进行归纳和探讨,将情志理论与艾滋病的病因病机和辨证论治结合分析,提出情志理论可运用于指导艾滋病防治的学术观点,以期将中医理论与西医疾病防治有机结合,赋予中医理论的现代科学意义。As a serious infectious disease,AIDS has not been found effective treatment.A large number of studies have shown that emotional factors are closely related to the occurrence and development of AIDS.The significant effect of psychotherapy in the prevention and treatment of AIDS has become increasingly prominent.By combing and discussing the content of emotion theory of traditional Chinese medicine,the relationship between emotion and AIDS,and the role of emotion theory in the prevention and treatment of AIDS,the author proposed that the theory of emotion can be applied to guide the treatment of AIDS,in order to organically combine TCM theory with western medicine disease prevention and treatment,and endow TCM theory with modern scientific significance.
