国医大师林天东从浊毒论治炎症性精液不液化症

摘　　要：浊毒作为复合的病因、病机,其致病过程贯穿于全程,常表现为耗气血、堵脉络,碍气机、胶滞难祛,且易成形、坏脏腑,并具有迁延难治、顽固反复等特性。炎症性精液不液化症,其医理与浊毒致病相符,常出现精液不化、精子生成不足、滴白、会阴部及肛门区隐痛等耗伤气血之症。国医大师林天东教授深知其病之害,刻苦专研,历经50余载,认为此病总体病机为本虚标实,主以肾虚、浊毒为患,毒侵淫日久,导致气血瘀阻,精液无气血则不荣,凝固而不散也。治疗上通过运用清化之法,加以补肾固本,可获奇效。Turbid toxin,as a compound cause and pathogenesis,runs through the whole process of its pathogenesis,often showing that it consumes qi and blood,blocks the vein,obstructs the qi mechanism,and is difficult to remove the glue,and is easy to form and damage the viscera,and has the characteristics of persistence,intractability and repetition.Inflammatory semen nonliquefaction is in accordance with the pathogenesis of turbid toxin.It often causes symptoms that consume qi and blood,such as semen impoverishment,insufficient spermatogenesis,white drop,and dull pain in perineum and anus.Professor Lin Tiandong,the national medical master,knows the harm of his disease well,and has studied it hard.After more than 50 years,he believes that the overall pathogenesis of this disease is based on the deficiency of the kidney and the excess of the turbid poison.The poison invades the body for a long time,resulting in the stagnation of qi and blood.If the semen has no qi and blood,it will not honor,and it will solidify and not disperse.In the treatment,significant effect can be obtained by using the Qinghua method to tonify the kidney and strengthen the foundation.
