如意金黄散治疗抗肿瘤药物之手足综合征临床研究

摘　　要：目的 观察如意金黄散治疗抗肿瘤药物所致手足综合征的效果。方法 选取永丰县中医院肿瘤科2018年1月—2020年2月收治的60例肿瘤相关性手足综合征患者,随机分为2组,对照组30例,予以西药治疗;观察组30例,予以如意金黄散外敷。比较2组治疗有效率、中医证候积分等变化。结果 观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后疼痛拒按、色赤肿胀等中医证候积分均下降(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组疼痛缓解情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 与西药治疗比较,如意金黄散治疗抗肿瘤药物所致手足综合征更具优势,对减轻患者手足疼痛、麻木等症状有积极作用。Objective To observe the effect of Ruyi Golden yellow powder on hand-foot syndrome caused by antitumor drugs.Methods A total of 60 patients with tumor-associated hand-foot syndrome admitted to the Department of Oncology,Yongfeng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to February 2020 were randomly divided into two groups:control group 30 cases and treated with Western medicine.Observation group 30 cases were treated with ruyi Jinhuang powder.The change of treatment efficiency and TCM syndrome score were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes such as pain refusal,red color and swelling decreased in both groups(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The pain relief in observation group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with western medicine,Ruyi Golden yellow Powder has more advantages in the treatment of hand-foot syndrome caused by anti-tumor drugs,and has a positive effect on relieving pain,numbness and other symptoms of hand-foot.
