自拟益气通络汤治疗慢性腰腿痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨基于“久病入络”理论自拟益气通络汤治疗慢性腰腿痛的临床效果。方法 用信封法将安福县中医院收治的78例慢性腰腿痛患者随机分成对照组和试验组,各39例。对照组接受常规治疗,试验组在常规治疗基础上,依据“久病入络”理论自拟益气通络汤治疗,均持续治疗2周并比较疗效。结果 试验组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组治疗后腰腿疼痛、活动受限症状积分和ODI均较对照组明显下降(P<0.05),血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白介素-6(IL-6)也显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 基于“久病入络”理论自拟益气通络汤治疗慢性腰腿痛的效果明显,能充分缓解腰腿疼痛和活动受限症状,改善腰椎功能和减轻炎性反应,值得临床应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of self-made Yiqi Tongluo decoction on chronic lumbago and leg pain based on the theory of “chronic illness entering collaterals”.Methods 78 patients with chronic lumbago and leg pain in Anfu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into control group and experimental group by envelope method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,while the experimental group was treated with Yiqi Tongluo decoction on the basis of routine treatment and according to the theory of “chronic illness entering collaterals”,which lasted for 2 weeks,and the therapeutic effects were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of symptoms of lumbago and leg pain and limited movement and ODI in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-6(IL-6) were also significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-made Yiqi Tongluo decoction based on the theory of “chronic illness entering collaterals” has obvious effect in treating chronic lumbago and leg pain,which can fully relieve symptoms of lumbago and leg pain and mobility restriction,improve lumbar function and reduce inflammatory reaction,and is worthy of clinical application.
