通玄化瘀汤防治新生血管性青光眼临床观察

摘　　要：目的 评价新生血管性青光眼的病因及基于玄府理论(通玄化瘀汤)防治的疗效。方法 将符合纳入标准的患者随机分入对照组和治疗组,对照组使用西医的治疗方法,治疗组在西医治疗的基础上加用在玄府理论指导下的中药治疗,比较2组在青光眼发病率、病程、眼压、眼部胀痛症状方面的差异。结果 新生血管性青光眼主要病因为视网膜静脉阻塞和糖尿病性视网膜病变;治疗组发病率低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组病程短于对照组(P<0.05);在控制眼压及改善眼部症状方面,治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 视网膜静脉阻塞、糖尿病视网膜病变是其主要病因;基于玄府理论防治新生血管性青光眼,在减少青光眼发生、控制眼压、缩短高眼压持续时间,改善眼部症状方面优势明显。Objective To evaluate the etiology and therapeutic effect of Xuan-fu theory(Tongxuan Huayu decoction)treating neovascular glaucoma.Methods Patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine under the guidance of Xuan-fu theory on the basis of western medicine.The differences between the two groups in the incidence of glaucoma,the duration of treatment,intraocular pressure(IOP) and ocular symptoms were compared.Results The main etiology is retinal vein occlusion and diabetic retinopathy.The incidence in treatment group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The course of disease in treatment group was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in controlling ocular pressure and improving ocular symptoms(P<0.05).Conclusion The main etiology is RVO and DR.Combined with traditional Chinese and western medicine under the guidance of the Xuan-fu theory to prevent and treat neovascular glaucoma can reduce the occurrence of glaucoma,control IOP,shorten the duration of high IOP,and improve the ocular symptoms.
