中药汤剂湿敷红外线照射与针灸对膝骨性关节炎缓解疼痛的影响

摘　　要：目的分析中医综合疗法对于膝骨性关节炎(KOA)患者的应用价值。方法以2019年12月—2021年12月收治的KOA患者70例为本次研究对象,并基于干预方法不同进行分组,分别接受红外线照射与中医综合疗法。对比观察不同干预模式下对患者疼痛症状评分及骨关节炎指数量表评分的变化。结果与干预前相比,经干预14 d、1个月以及3个月后,患者的疼痛症状评分在逐渐降低,干预2组评分低于干预1组(P<0.05);与干预前相比,干预后患者骨关节炎指标表评分包括关节疼痛、僵直、功能障碍评分均有降低,干预2组评分更低(P<0.05)。结论在红外线照射的基础上应用中医综合疗法进行干预,能够帮助调节改善患者的疼痛症状,利于促进患者肢体关节功能恢复,临床可进一步推广运用。Objective To analyze the application value of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy for patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods KOA patients(n=70)admitted from December 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the subjects of this study,and were divided into groups based on different intervention methods,receiving infrared radiation and traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy respectively.The scores of pain and osteoarthritis index scale were compared and observed under different intervention modes.Results Compared with that before the intervention,the pain symptom score of patients decreased gradually after 14 days,1 month and 3 months of intervention,and the score of intervention group 2 was lower than that of intervention group 1(P<0.05);Compared with that before the intervention,the scores of osteoarthritis index table of patients after the intervention,including joint pain,stiffness and dysfunction,were all reduced,and the scores of the intervention group and the intervention group were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of infrared radiation,the application of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy for intervention can help regulate and improve the pain symptoms of patients,and promote the functional recovery of patients'limbs and joints,which can be further popularized and applied in clinic.
