燔针劫刺法治疗腰椎间盘突出症60例

摘　　要：目的分析燔针劫刺结合常规针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法选取2021年1月—2022年2月在北京市石景山区中医医院针灸门诊就诊的60例腰椎间盘突出症患者,采用燔针劫刺结合常规针刺治疗,隔日1次,每周3次。2周为一个疗程,2个疗程观察临床效果。结果愈显率80.0%(48/60),总有效率93.3%(56/60)。结论燔针劫刺结合常规针刺可有效缓解腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛症状,疗效显著。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Fanzhen Jieci method combined with conventional acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods 60 cases of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation in Shijingshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to February 2022 were treated with Fanzhen Jieci method combined with conventional acupuncture,once every other day,three times a week.After 2 weeks of treatment,clinical effect was observed.Results The recovery rate was 80.0%(48/60)and the total effective rate was 93.3%(56/60).Conclusion Fanzhen Jieci method combined with conventional acupuncture is effective in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.
