针刺联合穴位注射腺苷钴胺治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探究针灸联合穴位注射腺苷钴胺治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床效果。方法 选取2021年1月—2021年11月长辛店镇社区卫生服务中心收治的86例腰椎间盘突出症患者,选用信封法随机分为对照组和联合组,各43例。对照组采取穴位注射腺苷钴胺治疗,联合组于上述治疗基础上施加针灸治疗,比较2组临床效果。结果 联合组治疗后总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗1个疗程和2个疗程后视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)和Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)均低于对照组(P<0.05),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)高于对照组(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)和白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 针灸联合穴位注射腺苷钴胺可降低腰椎间盘突出症患者炎症反应水平,清除氧自由基,缓解疼痛,增强腰椎功能。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with acupoint injection of adenosine cobalamin in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods From January 2021 to November 2021,86 patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected and randomly divided into control group and combined group by envelope method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupoint injection of adenosine cobalamin,and the combined group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion on the above basis.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the combined group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The visual analogue pain scale(VAS) and Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI) in the combined group were lower than those in the control group after 1 and 2 courses of treatment(P<0.05).Superoxide dismutase(SOD) in the combined group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05),malondialdehyde(MDA) and interleukin-1 β(IL-1β) in the combined group were lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with acupoint injection of adenosine cobalamin can reduce the level of inflammatory response in patients with lumbar disc herniation,remove oxygen free radicals,relieve pain and enhance lumbar function.
