摘　　要：为明确辽宁东部地区危害红松的梢斑螟种类及发生规律,有效解决梢斑螟防治药剂少、难度大等问题,通过形态特征比对和DNA条形码分子技术对梢斑螟种类进行鉴定,并选用8%噻虫胺微囊悬浮剂(CS)、3%高效氯氰菊酯CS、5%杀铃脲悬浮剂(SC)、5%氟啶脲乳油(EC)进行无人机防治试验。结果表明:在辽宁东部地区发生的梢斑螟种类主要为微红梢斑螟Dioryctria rubella、冷杉梢斑螟D.abietella和芽梢斑螟D.yiai;微红梢斑螟在宽甸1 a发生1代,以老熟幼虫越冬,次年4月初越冬幼虫开始活动,5月中旬开始化蛹,6月中下旬为羽化高峰期;4种杀虫剂不同处理组的防治效果差异较大,药剂量600 mL/hm2的8%噻虫胺CS和橙皮精油助剂混用的效果最好,防治效果达93.62%。In order to determine the species and the occurrence regularity of Dioryctria spp.on Pinus koraiensis in the eastern of Liaoning province,and solve the problems of few kinds of pesticides and difficult in control.Characteristics comparison and DNA barcoding molecular technology were used to identify the species of Dioryctria.Clothianidin 8%CS,beta-cypermethrin 3%CS,triflumurou 5%SC and chlorfluazuron 5%EC were used for unmanned aerial vehicle control.The result showed that main species of Dioryctria in the eastern of Liaoning were Dioryctria rubella,Dioryctria abietella and Dioryctria yiai.One generation occurred in one year in Kuandian,overwintering with mature larvae.Overwintering larvae began to move in early April of the following year,pupation began in mid-May,the eclosion peak occurred in mid-to-late June.The control effects of the four pesticides were significantly different among different treatment groups.Clothianidin 8%CS mixed with orange peel essential oil with dosage of 600 mL/hm2 had the best effect,and control effect was 93.62%.
