摘　　要：知识与技术以产权之名被顶级公司垄断成为劳动控制与财富转移的工具,既是深度全球化时代逆全球化兴起的根源,又是人工智能时代资本增殖的方式。资本形态的知识化,使得资本能够在今天以创新知识之名而大肆控制、征用甚至是掠夺知识,使事关人类整体繁荣的应用性知识和生产性知识集中于大公司、大企业和发达国家的手中并成为经济宰制和政治支配的工具。当代西方左翼知识经济学对之进行的政治经济学批判直指知识垄断的问题,其外在反思的方式虽然并不能真正解决知识垄断的问题,但却提示我们必须以历史唯物主义为指引,在人类繁荣和历史发展的整体逻辑中深入研究其重塑资本逻辑的现实方式及其政治本质。唯有如此,我们才能够在知识加速增长和极度繁荣的今天真正推进知识为人类服务。Knowledge and technology are monopolized by top companies in the name of property rights and become a tool for labor control and wealth transfer.It is not only the root cause of the rise of anti-globalization in the era of deep globalization,but also the way of capital proliferation in the era of artificial intelligence.Intellectualization of capital forms,it enables capital to control,expropriate and even plunder in the name of innovative knowledge today,and make the applied knowledge and productive knowledge related to the overall prosperity of human beings concentrated in the hands of large companies,large enterprises and developed countries to become a tool of economic domination and political domination.The political economy critique of contemporary western left-wing knowledge economics directly points to the problem of knowledge monopoly,although its way of external reflection cannot really solve the problem of knowledge monopoly,it reminds us that we must use the concept of historical materialism to deeply study its realistic way of reshaping the logic of capital and its political essence in the overall logic of human prosperity and historical development.Only in this way can we truly promote knowledge to serve mankind in today's accelerated growth of knowledge and extreme prosperity.
