摘　　要：一、病例介绍1.病史摘要(1)一般情况:患者,男性,年龄67岁,身高173 cm,体质量74 kg。左髋部疼痛2月余,下蹲及劳累时明显,休息后稍缓解,无皮肤发红、发热、明显肿胀。曾对症保守治疗(口服止疼药),疼痛有所缓解。在当地医院CT检查显示左股骨头及股骨颈溶骨性骨质破坏,为求进一步诊治来本院,门诊以"左股骨远端肿瘤"收入院。自发病以来,患者精神可、体力可、食欲食量可、睡眠可、体重无明显变化、大小便正常。平日能缓慢上二楼,可完成打扫卫生等活动,近半年无心脏不适。
