摘　　要：生物制剂因其疗效显著、不良反应少的靶向治疗优势而被广泛研究和应用,在银屑病、特应性皮炎、大疱性疾病及结缔组织病等皮肤疾病的治疗中取得显著疗效;本文综述了生物制剂在常见皮肤疾病的临床应用进展,为个性化的精准医疗提供支持与参考。Biological Agents have been widely studied and applied because of their advantages of significant efficacy and less adverse reactions in targeted therapy,and have achieved gratifying efficacy in the treatment of skin diseases such as psoriasis,atopic dermatitis,bullous diseases and connective tissue diseases;this article reviews the progress in the clinical application of biologics in common skin diseases and provides support and reference for personalized precision medicine.
