痰热壅肺型小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘及小儿急性支气管炎异病同治刍议

摘　　要：中医学认为小儿多见肺脾不足,常易成痰成饮,另一方面,小儿体属纯阳,易于化热,因此,痰热壅肺这一证型在中医儿科中占有很大比例。小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘及小儿急性支气管炎是两种儿科常见的呼吸道疾病,西医对两者治疗多有不同,笔者通过文献回顾、查阅中医典籍总结众多名家经验发现痰热壅肺证为者常见的共有证型,虽然两者疾病不同、临床表现各异,但因其证型相同,治疗方面均可采用清热化痰法,因此,痰热壅肺型小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘及痰热壅肺型小儿急性支气管炎可采用异病同治的方法进行治疗。Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)believes that the deficiency of lung and spleen is common in children,which is often easy to cause phlegm and fluid retention.On the other hand,the body of children belongs to pure Yang,which is easy to transform into heat.Therefore,the syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing the lung accounts for a large proportion in TCM pediatrics.Cough variant asthma and acute bronchitis in children are very common respiratory diseases in pediatrics.Western medicine treats them differently.The author found that phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome is the common common syndrome type of the two by reviewing the literature,consulting the classics of traditional Chinese medicine and summarizing the experience of many famous doctors.Although the two diseases are different and the clinical manifestations are different,because of the same syndrome type,the treatment can adopt the method of clearing heat and resolving phlegm.Cough variant asthma in children with phlegm-heat obstructing the lung and acute bronchitis in children with phlegm-heat obstructing the lung can be treated by treating different diseases with the same method.
