摘 要:为掌握交流叠加冲击这种复杂工况下环氧绝缘沿面局部放电激发规律,对交流叠加雷电冲击(lightning Impulse,LI)电压下SF_(6)中环氧绝缘表面金属颗粒局部放电特性进行了实验研究。在交流电压小于局部放电起始电压(partial discharge inception voltage,PDIV)的情况下,研究了交流叠加雷电冲击电压下的局部放电激发特性;在交流电压大于PDIV的情况下,研究了雷电冲击对交流局部放电的影响。结果表明,PDIV随金属颗粒的长度增加而减小,随金属颗粒的直径减小而减小,随金属颗粒距高压电极的距离增加而减小;交流叠加雷电冲击电压下的局部放电比交流电压单独作用下的放电更剧烈;交流电压低于PDIV时,负极性雷电冲击(negativelightning impulse,NLI)所激发的交流局部放电比正极性雷电冲击(positivelightningimpulse,PLI)所激发的放电剧烈;交流电压高于PDIV时,雷电冲击对交流局部放电无明显影响。In order to master the excitation laws of partial discharges(PDs)on the epoxy insulation surface under complex working conditions such as AC superimposed impulse,the characteristics of PDs of metal particle on epoxy insulation surface under AC superimposed lightning impulse(LI)voltage are experimentally investigated in SF_(6)gas.When the AC voltage is lower than the partial discharge inception voltage(PDIV),the PDs excitation characteristics of metal particles with specific size and position under AC superimposed LI voltage are investigated.Meanwhile,when the AC voltage is greater than the PDIV,the effect of lightning impulse on AC partial discharge is studied.The results show that the PDIV decreases as the length of the metal particles increases,decreases as the diameter of the metal particles decreases,and decreases as the distance between the metal particles and the high-voltage electrode increases.The AC PDs excited by LI is more severe than the AC voltage applied alone.When the AC voltage is lower than the PDIV,the AC PDs excited by the negative LI(NLI)is more severe than that excited by the positive LI(PLI).When the AC voltage is higher than the PDIV,the LI has a negligible effect on the AC PDs.
